HOW THE LIGHT CAN WIN SECOND STAGE VELOCITY

I conducted experiments and achieved tremendous results in the fields of energy and quantum physics.  I have completed a series of large-scale innovative projects in quantum sciences and technology.

In this letter I am suggesting to the scientific community a vital experiment, the results of which is very necessary to clearly understand the nature of the atom and subatomic phenomena.  This experiment will show and prove the real identity of an atom as clearly as possible.  I believe that this experiment and its results will bring an important freshness and reality to the quantum sciences.

I seek your forgiveness for having the courage to send you this letter.  I have complete faith that you will carefully read the description of the following discoveries, which were achieved through my efforts for the sake of science and humanity.   In consideration of my clearly defined request I humbly ask for your help in doing what may be required to conduct the experiments.  Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Introduction

Numerous wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation in space travel at the same velocity both above and below the visible range of light.  Each different wavelength and frequency electromagnetic energy unit hn was said to travel at the same velocity c

The following experiment and its results will most certainly change the direction in the history of quantum science. The observed phenomena will be the clearest and most important proof for the scientific community with respect to what extent reality is defined.  It will open the door of a universal reality, which has not been perceived by any scientist from Newton to our times. However, this universal reality will also prove the real picture of the atom as clear as a photographic print!

The Nature of Light

This special experiment will require three experimental tubes of any diameter but 1000 meters in length; label them A, B, C.  Let us connect these tubes end-to-end.  At each junction, as well as at the end of the third one, let there be a detector.

Tube A "contains" a vacuum.

Tube B is filled with water.

Tube C is made of glass.

The overall length of the tubes is 3000 meters.

We know that the velocity of light in a vacuum is nearly 300,000 km/s; in water it travels at 200,000 km/s; and in glass this velocity is 225,000 km/s.  Let the source of the incident light be a laser.

THE EXPERIMENT

This laser beam will enter Tube A.  The light will pass through the vacuum and enter the water in Tube B; finally, it will enter the glass, Tube C.  Exiting from this series of tubes, the light will continue to travel through the air of free space.

The laser beam should travel through the vacuum, Tube A, at the predicted velocity of 300,000 km/s.  Will it travel through the water, Tube B, at 200,000 km/s?  After that, will it travel through glass, Tube C, at 225,000 km/s?  In the following air (free space), what will its velocity be? Nearly 300,000 km/s?

During the experiment, three detectors will receive the light and detect the times of its pulsation from tube-to-tube.

If we change the sequence to vacuum, glass, then water, will the results be the same?  The reason for this is fundamental to the understanding of the basic theory of experiment.

MY PERSISTENT QUESTIONS:

What is the laser beam speed output of glass tube?

If it is same light velocity, why and how is this possible?

If the result is the velocity of light in glass, which is impossible, why is this so?  Where did the photons obtain their new energy, causing them to change ( jumping suddenly) their velocity from 225,000 km/s to 300,000 km / s ?

The laser beam in the vacuum tube (A) should travel at the velocity of light.  In water tube (B), its velocity should be reduced, and in the glass tube (C) its velocity should be reduced even more.  Finally, after exiting the glass tube (C), it should travel at its velocity in air (free space).

If the velocity of this exiting light is the same as the incident light, then the detectors will show and prove that there are numerous errors in our current understanding of quantum physics.

If the velocity of the exiting light is less than the velocity of light in air (which should be impossible), than the theories of photo-electricity and its consequent details are incorrect!

MY PERSONAL REQUEST:

To perform this experiment is not a difficult task; however the results of this experiment will confirm or change our understanding of the quantum sciences.  In addition, my theories about superconductivity depend on the outcome of this experiment, and its results will affect many other experiments I have in mind.

I look forward to hearing your comments or proposition for my request. If you have questions or suggestions related to my request please contact me at the address below as soon as possible.
