HURRICANE CERTAIN EXTINGUISHER PROJECT

As a young boy I was always interested in science and the nature of all things. While living in Ergani / Diyarbakir city, in Turkey, I started to wonder about the nature and mechanizes of tornados. I wanted to understand how they formed and what sustained their circulation. After school in the farm field areas I was watching many small tornados. Watching tornados became my hobby every single day.  

So as a child I began my study of this phenomenon. I realized that I needed to be in the center of this tornado to analyze its properties. I was very curious as to what was going on in side of these tornadoes. So I waited and watched for the first signs of a small tornado. Once the tornado began to form I ran inside the cone to make my first observations. Some people pity me and gave me eye protector plastic goggles. After this I watched more satisfactorily. But still, I couldn’t understand reality.  

I then decided that I needed to physically feel the atmospheric changes within the eye. To do so I needed to make my body wet. I was always ready with a water cup at my hand. So on my next attempt at entering the eye of the tornado, I poured water on myself before entering. The water that was on my body increased the sensation of the changing pressures. I also noticed that by entering the smaller tornados, they began to disappear. Many times I became seriously sick from these experiments and observations.  

Additionally, I was able to observe the debris that was circulating. I discovered that there were two vectors (horizontal and vertical) circulation. At the time I did not understand the importance of this discovery, but I kept the information in my mind for future study. After many years of studying physics I realized the importance of my discovery. These two vectors of circulation are holding the system together. The key to extinguishing a hurricane or tornado is found within these two vectors. 

I am certainly sure, there are two opposite directions of power working at the same time but in the same line. One is horizontal and other is vertical.  Each has 90 degree phase differentials.  

In 1977, I sent very serious letters to the world universities when I discovered that the Ozone layer would break first from south and then from the North Pole. Many universities sent me letters and said to me: there is nothing breaking. 

But, at the 1987, the world confessed that the ozone layer had broken first from South of the world… 

What is the relationship between the Ozone layer and hurricanes?  

All the beam bands of sunlight are melting the ice from the Poles and are creating an incredibility high level of carbon dioxide and methane in the atmosphere. All these unwanted realities are creating the green house effect and the ice caps are melting quickly from the Poles. 

As we know, under the Atlantic Ocean there are many gulf streams. These are carrying very hot water from underwater ocean volcanoes… and from the Polar ice and is melting and producing a giant volume of cold water currents. When the cold currents start to join with hot water, (two different temperatures of water cannot mix immediately) it is creating turbulences. These turbulences begin to appear as a baby hurricane coming directly out of the ocean. 

This aerodynamic and mechanical phenomenon gave me an incredible bright idea and I developed a Wind Energy Giant Project. This is another project. 

All this research and experiments put me in the right direction and today I am ready to prove how to extinguish hurricanes and tornadoes.  

In perfect confidentially and Government level guaranty I am ready to prove small scale and also disclose my exploration. This is not expensive, but it is a 99% effective project. 

We know the reason for any type of wind is temperature differentials of two giant volumes of air in the atmosphere.  

We know well, the reason for giant sea waves is depth of the sea. Low depth cannot make giant waves, but high depth in the sea can make this.  

We can explain and understand hurricane effective power and velocity as this: 

D = topside biggest diameter of hurricane, for first one hour. 

d = eye of the diameter which is closest to the ground, for first one hour. This is second nucleus of hurricane. 

H = height of hurricane, from ground basis to the topside for first one hour. 

V = circulation, turbulence, I mean to say the spin velocity of each turning in per second, for first one hour. 

Z = speed of eye on the ground, on the surface of water or ocean, for first one hour. 

W = world speed: 1648 km / hour.  

T1 = under ocean hot water temperature /1000 meter deep minimum

T2 = under ocean cold water temperature /1000 meter deep minimum

T3 = surface ocean environmental temperature where hurricane starting first 

Q = under the ocean deep measurable turbulences starting point. I mean, the Q is hot and cold water joined at what depth in the ocean. This is the number one reason managing height of hurricane on ground. 

On the ground the hurricane direction is related first to the world speed direction. This is always west. But, the second reason is under ocean temperature differentials effecting and coordinating same differentials surface of the ocean-water. And hurricane creating giant winds on the ground. 

We already know how much power and effect at one cubic meter of air will be traveling with x velocity from z to y point. And we can formulate real power and real density even under ocean and ground.  

Meantime we are not focusing on this. Our first goal is HURRICANE CERTAINLY EXTINGUISHER.
