ENVIROMENTALLY SAFE COAL-ASH BRIQUETTE PROJECT

Nearly 62% of the US Energy comes from coal energy. Worldwide we are very dependent on coal, yet we are troubled by the environmental problems it represents.

QD Sciences has five Clean Coal Energy Projects ready for commercialization. These projects help address ecological problems and minimize their environmental impact.

They also increase the energy efficiency obtained from coal as well as the quantity of usable coal extracted. All these projects are based on seven different types of CYBER-BINDER COMPOUNDS and Process Technologies for Mineral Based Briquettes & Coal Based Briquettes.

The CYBER-BINDERS are applied with any type of Roller Press or Screw type pressing briquette technology. Our binder is odorless, smokeless and can be use with many different types and/or quality of coal, sawdust, ore or biological material.

Our binder(s) has a patent subjects ability to stop molecular activity in bio waste - between coal carbon and oxygen combination. This ability contributes to a high density with very little dust or breakage. The resulting briquettes are waterproof, and extremely inexpensive to produce.
 

COAL ASH BRIQUETTE PROJECT

This project controls and limits the spread of waste coal ash from coal-fired power plants. Through a special process and patent subject chemical binder, we transform coal ash into a block ash briquette.

These briquettes offer a two part environmentally safe solution to ash pollution problems:

They eliminate the use of acres of land for ash dumping.

They eliminate the distribution of ash into the air and water through wind and rain.

They are smokeless and odorless, non toxic, eliminating further air pollution during burning.

The briquettes are a reusable fuel source burning at an extremely high efficiency. The special chemical binder is waterproof which allows the briquettes to be highly resistant to breakage as well as increasing their storage life span to over 50 years. Due to their density, they can also be used as a light building material for bricks or masonry.

The cost for the binder is only $10 to 12 $ USD / for per ton ASH BRIQUETTE.

BIOLOGICAL WASTE BRIQUETTE PROJECT

This process uses our patent subject chemical binder with biological waste to create an energy fuel source.

Our chemical binder has the unique ability to stop molecular activity in bio waste. This is the same ability which helps to stop the oxidization of coal carbon in our coal ash and raw coal briquettes.

I made a brick for buildings, residents it is holding radioactive particles 80% certainly. This project is indeed very inexpensive and contains very useful benefits for life.
